My guest is Kim Dawson. She is a business strategist who works with solopreneurs and small business owners to help them align their finances so that they can hire and grow their business. Kim says right off the bat that "one of the biggest obstacles to growth is when entrepreneurs don't hire and they really need to." But the Catch-22 is that, usually, the reason that people don't hire when they need to is because they either don't have the capital available, or they don't have the security that they will be able to pay for their new hires in the long term. Kim talks about the numbers that are important for you to know when you're making these hiring decisions.
